The seller

The Nicoleta Cristache shop is operated by ATELIERUL NEGRU SRL, tax ID 42681706, trade register number J40/6967/2020, office at Bucharest, Sector 1, 177 Durău Street, room 2, Romania. Contact: contact@cristachenicoleta.com.

Identification details are shown under Romanian Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce.

The products

Each pack is described on the shop: how many ideas it contains, which meals it covers and, where relevant, the electronic book or the physical parcel. Digital content is delivered as a PDF.

VIP includes the printed book, the electronic book, 20 days with 100 menu ideas, stickers and markers. Premium includes the electronic book and the same 20 days. Standard has 20 ideas for one meal. Basic has 10 ideas for one meal. The snack pack has 10 homemade recipes.

Prices

Prices are in lei and are final amounts. ATELIERUL NEGRU SRL is registered as not liable for VAT, and VAT is not added at checkout. If the tax status changes, the displayed prices will be updated before you order.

Order and payment

You choose the packs, leave your email and confirm that digital delivery may start immediately. Payment is made by card through Stripe. The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed.

You receive a confirmation email and access to your account. If the email is delayed, you can request a new link from the sign-in page.

Digital delivery

After the payment is confirmed, the pack appears in your account and you receive an email. If the PDF is not uploaded yet at the moment of payment, it appears in the account when it is added, with no further payment.

Delivery of the printed book

For VIP, Stripe asks for your name, phone number and a delivery address in Romania. We dispatch the parcel within 5–10 business days from payment confirmation. The time is a guide and can be affected by the courier.

Risk in the physical goods passes to you when you receive them. If the parcel arrives damaged, write to contact@cristachenicoleta.com as soon as you can.

Right of withdrawal

For digital content, Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 lets you ask for delivery to start immediately. Before payment you confirm that you agree to that start and that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for the digital files. Without that confirmation, the order does not start.

For the physical goods in VIP (the printed book, stickers and markers) you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, if you have not used them. Write to contact@cristachenicoleta.com with the address used for the order, and send the goods back. You pay the return postage, unless the product arrived wrong or damaged through our fault.

The digital part of VIP matches the Premium pack. If you return only the physical goods, we refund the difference of 60 lei, within 14 days of learning about the withdrawal, by the same payment method.

The account

The account opens with a link sent by email. The link is personal. Do not forward it, because it opens the recipes you bought.

Use of the recipes

The recipes are for you and your family. You do not copy, sell or publish them, in whole or in part. The copyright stays with the seller.

For a problem with an order, write to contact@cristachenicoleta.com. You can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection, www.anpc.ro.

For alternative dispute resolution you can use the ANPC platform: https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro/.

Governing law

The contract is governed by Romanian law. Romanian courts are competent, without limiting the rights you have as a consumer.
